Sales Person

Urgently required is an experienced sales person with a proven track record in the sales of a variety of technology products. You will also be expected to have first class communication and sales skills as the position is a combination of customer account management and new business development.

In the future there will be the opportunity to build a sales team.

Field Services Engineer:

In-depth knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/XP operating systems, Microsoft Office 2000, XP and 2003, desktop applications, wireless devices and configurations, computer hardware and related devices.

You should also have an understanding and basic knowledge of Windows server 2000 and 2003 with Exchange 2000 and 2003, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers and firewalls, PDA's and Blackberry devices.

As IT Support Engineer you will also be expected to have first class communication and technical skills as the position is a combination of customer account managementWe are looking for a pro-active, experienced engineer who has a strong knowledge of PCs and Laptops.

The successful candidate will have experience with carrying out a range of hardware repairs and the ability to diagnose faults. A good knowledge of current software is also required.

Sales Assistant:

An organised and efficient sales person, preferably with computer retail experience. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of current and new IT products.

The role involves assisting customers and advising on technological requirements, booking repair jobs and following them through to completion. Responsibility for the general upkeep of the shop.
